Our last concert of the season saw the finale not only to our 79th season but also to our first ever “Write a Review” competition as this was the evening when sponsors Conoco Philips presented the winners with their well earned prizes. Mr Eakin of Conoco Philips came along to the concert with his wife and the presentations were made by him at the start of the interval. A small reception was held at the end of the concert which was attended by the committee members, the competition prizewinners, Mr and Mrs Eakin and the Leonore Piano Trio.
